These Terms & Conditions govern your use of PartyPlay Palace (partyplaypalace.com). By accessing or using the site you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use PartyPlay Palace. By using the site you confirm that you meet this age requirement. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of this site is legal in your jurisdiction.
4. Nature of the service
PartyPlay Palace is a free social-gaming website provided purely for entertainment and learning. All points used on the platform are virtual and have no monetary value whatsoever. Virtual points cannot be purchased, sold, cashed out, redeemed for real money, goods or services, or transferred from one account to another.
PartyPlay Palace does not offer real-money play. No cash, deposits, prizes or payouts of any kind. No real money is involved and nothing of value can be won or lost.
5. Accounts
An account is not required to use PartyPlay Palace. If you choose to create one, your display name, email address and game progress are stored only locally in your browser (localStorage). There is no server-side user database. If you clear your browser data you will lose your account and your virtual points. Because nothing has monetary value, no compensation is available for lost accounts or points.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to: reverse-engineer the games; generate automated traffic or use bots; impersonate other users; use the platform for any unlawful purpose; or attempt to portray PartyPlay Palace as a real-money operator.
7. Intellectual property
All content on PartyPlay Palace — including text, design, code, graphics and learning materials — is the property of Well Done Games UG and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or republish material from this site without prior written permission.
8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The learning content on PartyPlay Palace is provided for information only and does not constitute financial, legal or other advice. The platform is provided "as is" and we make no warranties about availability, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for any loss arising from use of the site, except for liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law, such as liability for intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body or health. Where we are liable for the slightly negligent breach of an essential contractual obligation, our liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract.

We may update these terms from time to time. Substantial changes will be noted at the top of this page with a new "Last updated" date.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. To the extent permitted by law, the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms is Nürnberg, Germany. If you are a consumer resident in another country that grants you mandatory consumer-protection rights, those rights are not affected.
11. Online dispute resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are neither obliged nor generally willing to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
