If you feel your play — or a family member's — is becoming a problem, or is taking more time than is good for you, take it seriously. Talk to someone you trust, or reach out to a professional support service.
In Germany, the Federal Centre for Health Education (BZgA) offers general, confidential support around wellbeing and screen habits. In other countries, look for the equivalent local health and counselling services. General wellbeing help is available in almost every country — don't hesitate to use it.
