What to expect
We read every message. We usually reply within 1–3 working days. Privacy requests (access, deletion, correction) are answered within 30 days, as required by the GDPR.
What we cannot help with
- Refunds — we do not accept payments, so there is nothing to refund.
- Account recovery — accounts live entirely in your own browser and are not stored on a server.
- Cashing out points — virtual points have no cash value and cannot be cashed out.
